Some of the unsourced statements, specifically about the hospital lacking state funding with the General Assembly "just a few city blocks away" is not increasing knowledge of Grady, only increasing the non-NPOV of the article. The mention of MARTA's funding plight is completely irrelevant and not NPOV, as well. The same goes for the comment about accused indigent rerouting and Grday EMS' "bad reputation."
