I believe this videogame screenshot should be considered fair-use because:-

1. It is used solely to improve the quality of the article.
2. The image used is my own creation and taken from an emulator.
3. Since the ZX Spectrum system discontinued a long time ago and Accolade have now folded, it's extremely doubtful that this image would corrupt copyright.
4. To the best of my knowledge it's very doubtful that a free-use image of this game even exists.
