• 1. It is Low resolution
• 2. No free alternative can be replaced because it is a Tv/Anime Screenshot
• 3. Because of the presence of a masked character in the Gundam series
• 4. Sunrise and Namco-Bandai haven't released any media to the public domain
• 5. The image is being used for no purpose other than to identify the new look of the subject
• 6. The use of this image neither detracts from the animation nor inhibits its salability in any way
