Grant Robert Murray (born August 29, 1975, in Edinburgh) is a Scottish professional footballer currently playing for Scottish Premier League club Kilmarnock.
Murray signed from Partick Thistle in the summer of 2006 having played for the Firhill side since the beginning of the 2003-04 season. His other previous teams are St. Johnstone and first club Hearts.
His versatility has seen him play in several positions during his career, such as defensive midfielder and fullback, although he is now primarily considered to be a central defender. He has a reputation for great consistency and high commitment, and as a result is a popular player with fans of his team.
