Grand River Township is one of seventeen townships in Adair County, Iowa, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 177.

Grand River Township covers an area of 35.91 square miles and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains three cemeteries: Boley Farm, Grand River Center and Hebron.
