The Grand Prix de Chantilly is a Group 2 flat horse race in France open to four-year-old and above thoroughbreds. It is run over a distance of 2,400 metres (approximately 1½ miles) at Chantilly Racecourse and takes place annually in early June.

It was introduced at its present venue in 1997 as a replacement for a race lost by the closure of Evry Racecourse in December 1996. Its predecessor, the Grand Prix d'Evry, was run over the same distance and had taken place each year at Evry since the racecourse opened in 1973.

When it arrived at Chantilly the race was initially run on the same day as the Prix de Diane, switching to the Prix du Jockey Club meeting in 2005.

Successful horses from this race often appear next in the Group 1 Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud. Five horses have won both races in the same year, most recently Ange Gabriel in 2003.
