Grand Prix Aufgalopp

The Grand Prix Aufgalopp is a Group 3 flat horse race in Germany for four-year-old and above thoroughbreds. It is run over a distance of 2,200 metres (approximately 1 mile 3 furlongs) at Weidenpesch Racecourse, Cologne in March or early April.

It was promoted to Group 3 status in 2007 having earlier been classed as a Listed race. With the exception of 2006, when it was contested over 2,400 metres, the race has been run at its present distance since 1990.
