- Grand Guignol is an album by John Zorn's avant-garde jazz band Naked City.
- "Le Grand Guignol" is a song by Soft Cell.
- "Grand Guignol" is the title of a storyline in the comic book series Starman, in which many of the plot points from the first sixty issues of the title were resolved.
