Grand Central Plaza

Grand Central Plaza (Chinese: 新城市中央廣場) consists of two buildings for offices. It is located in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. It is built by Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd in 1996. It is part of New Town Plaza, mainly selling furnitures on Floors 1 and 2, and IKEA on Floors 3 and 5 which includes a restaurant serving Swedish dishes. It is close to a nearby building that has government offices in it.
