The Gran Loggia d'Italia or Grand Lodge of Italy is based at the Piazza del Gesù, 47 in Rome. It was founded in 1910[1] as a schism from the Grande Oriente d'Italia.

They are a member of the international association of Liberal masonic jurisdictions, CLIPSAS.

They were known popularly as the "Piazza del Gesù" Freemasons, due to their headquarters.[2]
