He has won three Leinster Senior Football Championship medals with Meath in 1996, 1999 and 2001. He won his first All-Ireland Senior Football Championship as a Meath player in 1996. At club level, Graham won the Meath Senior Football Championship with Seneschalstown in 1994. He has also won at Under-21 level with Seneschalstown in 1992.
Although his greatest achievements have come in football and International Rules, he is a versatile and inspirational athlete, accomplishing various honours in the fields of athletics, soccer (having travelled to London for trials with Arsenal FC as a teenager, and rugby (playing for much of his adult life with Irish side Buccaneers).
In late 2006 he published his autobiography, titled "Misunderstood" which documents his childhood, adolescence, and sporting career up until the early years of the 21st century. Eddie Hobbs is mentioned in his book as a huge influence on him.
In 2007, Graham helped Meath back to the top and scored a magnificent goal against Tyrone to earn Meath a place in the semi-final. Recently Graham has announced that he will be available for the coming season.

[edit] Political career
Geraghty is one of Ireland's most accomplished athletes, and in 2006 broadened his horizons into the world of politics, as he was selected by the Fine Gael political party to contest the general election of 2007 in his home constituency of Meath West.[2] However, he performed poorly in the election, obtaining only 1,284 first preference votes - the lowest of the three Fine Gael candidates standing - and was eliminated from the race after the fourth count [3].
[edit] Acting Career
Geraghty appeared in acclaimed 1998 Irish Kung Fu movie Fatal Deviation opposite Boyzone's Mikey Graham. He had no lines.
