Graham Conway Davis

Graham Davis is a former Art Director of Time-Life International. He was also art director of the Illustrated London News and Good Housekeeping magazine. He has been a design consultant for numerous magazines including Woman, New Musical Express, and Radio 3 magazine. He has also lectured on co-edition publishing and art direction at the London College of Printing. His books include Create and Print Calendars and Greeting Cards [1], How to Show and Share Your Digital Photographs[2], Make Your Own Maps [3], Quick Solutions to Great Layouts, Web Animation: Start Here! [4] plus 500 Grids & Style Sheets [5] and 2000 Colour Palettes and Swatches from The Designer’s Toolkit series. He lives in Cambridge, England, where he divides his time between design for both web and print and writing.
Davis has also been a content contributor for Photoshop Type Effects [6] and The Designer’s Lexicon [7]
He was also both concept and content provider for Our Family Archive and Family Heritage Album.
He is currently working on CD/DVD interface and styling for Golf Record System, My Story, both Filemaker data based applications and World in a Box, a Flash-based Map application.
Davis is also responsible for both Design Alternative [8] and E-Design websites [9]
