Grafton Recruitment is one of the largest human resources companies in the world, and the leader in this area in Ireland. It currently has 69 offices in 16 countries, such as Austria, Belgium, Chile, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Hong Kong, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey, Singapore, UAE & UK.

[edit] The Evolution
Founded in Grafton Street in 1982 Grafton Recruitment hit the Belfast High Street in 1984 with a generalist office housing a small core staff concentrating on permanent appointments, industrial and secretarial temporary services. In 1987 the Derry office opened servicing the requirements of the inner city, a town at the time, and the outlying manufacturing markets mainly in the textile industry.
The opening of Grafton Healthcare in 1989 was followed closely by the early nineties explosive expansion of specialist sector niche businesses at home and the opening of Grafton's first European venture in the Czech Republic in 1994.This success brought rapid expansion almost immediately to Hungary whilst at home we developed and launched a new brand "Blueprint Appointments" which identified us as technical recruiters within the IT, Engineering and Construction Markets. Blueprint Appointments opened their doors in 1996.
Without pausing for breath the next two years saw continued International expansion into Poland and Chile. The year 2000 saw the mirroring of Blueprints operations in Europe with the launch of Grafton Technologies, which served to strengthen the European portfolio and cement the Grafton Recruitment brand.
Another innovation came in the shape of an International search and selection company "Spengler Fox" founded in 2003 and today operational in 11 countries. Simultaneously the Grafton brand continued to make headway into Slovakia and Lithuania.
Grafton also recently acquired Mary B Cremin one of Dublin's most respected and professional recruitment agencies. Mary B Cremin specialise in administrative and support staff for all sectors of the Irish Economy. This partnership sees Grafton considerably strengthen it's all Ireland offering and expand it's network in Dublin City centre from 6 to 10 branches.2006 saw the rebranding to Maryb.ie with the launch of a fabulous new website.
With a portfolio of 5 sub-brands Grafton Recruitment, Spengler Fox, Blueprint Appointments, Grafton Healthcare, and Maryb.ie, 2005 saw the development of a group brand in the form of Grafton ESP, Grafton Employment Solutions Portfolio. This sees the beginning of corporate evolution, which places us in position for sustainable growth, continued innovation and future expansion.
