Born in Watford to Scottish parents [1], Graeme grew up in Keighley in West Yorkshire.
[edit] Career
As a youth Tomlinson signed for his local side Bradford City and made his first-team debut on 5 March 1994, as a substitute against Blackpool [2]. He soon attracted interest and was signed by Manchester United in 1994 for a fee of £500,000, but his career was hampered by injury after breaking his leg while playing on loan for Luton Town and he later went on to play for Macclesfield Town, Exeter City and Stevenage Borough, as well as making a brief return to Bradford on trial in 2002.
