Graeme Smith (journalist)

Graeme Smith is the Moscow bureau chief for The Globe and Mail, Canada's national newspaper. He is currently stationed in Afghanistan. Previously he was based in Winnipeg. While attending Ryerson University Smith worked at The Eyeopener, a campus paper, where he was part of a team that won the Canadian Association of Journalists' award for investigative reporting in newspapers with circulation less than 20,000 in 1999. He won Canada's National Newspaper Award for international reporting in 2007.
