"Graceland" is the title song of an album released in 1986 by Paul Simon. The song features vocals by the The Everly Brothers. It won a Grammy for Record of the Year in 1988.

The lyrics deal with the singer's thoughts during a road trip to Graceland after the failure of his marriage.

[edit] Trivia

In the Graceland Classic Albums video, Simon states that he considers "Graceland" the best song he has ever written.

Living Colour, the rock band, twisted the line "Maybe I've a reason to believe we all will be received in Graceland" [1] to "I've got a reason to believe we all won't be received at Graceland" [2] in their track 'Elvis is Dead' on their Time's Up album.
