Grażyna Jolanta Ciemniak (born June 20, 1948 in Toruń) is a Polish politician. She was elected to Sejm on September 25, 2005 getting 3807 votes in 4 Bydgoszcz district, candidating from Sojusz Lewicy Demokratycznej list.
She was also a member of Senate 1993-1997 and Sejm 2001-2005.
