[edit] Thanks
Thanks for the welcome! And I'm glad to see you liked the Lancaster box I showed you. I got started on editing my school district's pages- just updating the bad links so far. I'm not sure where I'll go from there. I can see how this is addicting, though!

And thanks for the userbox!! It ROCKS!!! You own one, too! You could use your own userbox ;)

[edit] Scuba userbox
Hi, I had made similar userboxes a while ago, also incoperated the logo's of the organizations, but had a Fair use rationale slapped on them. So I just made them out of plain text. Shall I remove myn as it looks like yours work?? Scubafish 11:24, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Category:WikiProjects
Yeah, somebody else created a userbox that I was using and had that as part of the code. Thanks. --Slyder Pilot 01:49, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Mutt lover userbox
Gr0ff,
I reverted your change to the established mutt lover userbox. I added the parameters here to show you how you can customize many of the boxes that include parameters in the code. RichardF 00:35, 20 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Acuc.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Acuc.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. -- STBotI (talk) 21:16, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

- Thanks for the newsletter. Is there a way that you could make a note to append my future copies to User talk:Anthony Appleyard/WP SCUBA to keep it filed separately where I can find it? Thanks. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 19:43, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Idea
Hey, what do you think of making a Tokyo Vertigo and/or 5 Skins article and then sending the link to the guys so they can beef it up?--EE4E (talk) 17:12, 21 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Garden Spot High School
Hi Gr0ff. It has got out of hand recently. There are really three options: remove it in one go; remove it gradually over time; or delete the article. As someone has recently spent some considerable effort adding this info, I would suggest the middle option. The GSPA doesn't really belong in a separate article, due to its lack of independent notability. A quick look through Google, and the claims in the article, suggests that the school might have enough notability to survive an AfD, but this is worth investigating further, and adding the available references to the article. It is worth mentioning the policy on verifiability when editing the article. Sometimes inappropriate material can be made more appropriate by just cleaning it up. Sometimes it can be made appropriate by adding appropriate content to the article. -- zzuuzz (talk) 13:43, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

Please explain why you think the section of tallest buildings is trivia. According to Wikipedia:Trivia sections
- It is not a list of miscellaneous facts.
- It does not contain a disorganized and "unselective" list.
- Not all list sections are trivia sections.
Thank you for your interest and I look forward to your response. Mgreason (talk) 21:49, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:TLP.JPG)
Thanks for uploading Image:TLP.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice?
