George Paul Trejo, Jr. was born on July 14, 1958 in Ventura, California. He lived in Saticoy, California until his family, including his sister Georgia, moved to Camarillo, California in 1969. George graduated from Villanova Preparatory High School in Ojai, California in 1976. He eventually attended, Ventura College, Clark College, the Univeristy of Washington, and University of Texas, LBJ School of Public Affairs. After graduating from the U.W. in 1986 with a degree in Speech Communication, he attended and graduated from UCLA Law School in 1989. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and has personally been lead counsel in jury trials in 10 States as well as having represented indviduals in 30 States across the country. In 1995, he was selected as the Washington State Bar Association's Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year. He continues to actively practice law throughout the United States with an emphasis on defending indivduals accused of trafficking in major quantity drug cases.
