[edit] Korean Military (Hoax)
Hi, recently there was a Korean military thing where all people of any race of any citizen of any country has to go to the Korean military as long as their grandfather, or their father was a citizen of Korea. I have been discussing this problem with people I know from Korea, and recently I've been seeing it as a hoax, and if its not a hoax, it is escapable. Is this possible, the truth, and how so?
I was told that the Korean military/government was told that because a hacker changed the government, and the Koreans are common users of technology and most likely did not look at the actual written down piece of paper.
Can anyone support this? I'd rather stay in America and help the American government army for four years rather than help the Korean army for two years getting paid only 25 dollars per month, when I could be using my education for medical uses, or to support the American government, in which I could also live in a better environment (at least in my opinion). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Thecutnut (talk • contribs) 07:08, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
