Govia is a transport company based in the United Kingdom. A joint venture between Go-Ahead (65 per cent) and Keolis SA (35 per cent) it is a key operator of commuter services in London, the South East and on the West Coast Main Line. It currently owns the Southern, the Southeastern and the West Midlands franchises, and was the proprietor of the former company Thameslink, whose services were handed over to First Capital Connect in April 2006.
