Gouldsboro is a small village in the northeast section of the Pocono mountains of Pennsylvania. It is home to the Gouldsboro State Park, Big Bass Lake, and is very close to Lake Wallenpaupack.
Gouldsboro was named for Jay Gould, one of the 10 richest Americans of all time.
