[edit] party?

I can't actually work out if Copeland is a member of any party, or an independent. Is he the Kiwi Party caucus or not? Rocklaw (talk) 03:56, 26 January 2008 (UTC)

As I understand it, membership of a party as an individual is considered distinct from membership of a party caucus inside Parliament — belonging to a party as a private individual doesn't automatically make you an MP for that party. I believe this is the case for Copeland — he's a member of the party personally, but as an MP, he's independent (for now). I could be wrong, though. -- Vardion (talk) 07:01, 26 January 2008 (UTC)

Cited for "Weasel Words", but after reading through three times, where are they?? Lots of "citation needed" and "who?" ie source needed, but any "weasel words" ?? Hugo999 (talk) 12:41, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
