Gorna Oryahovitsa Airport is in the Central Northern Bulgaria, its location is approximately on equal distance from few administrative centers in Bulgaria: Sofia, Varna, Rousse, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Pleven, Bourgas. It is in the vicinity of Veliko Tarnovo some 12 km away – the Old Capital of Bulgaria.
