Goring Heath

Goring Heath is a village and civil parish in the English county of Oxfordshire. The parish also contains the villages of Whitchurch Hill and Cray's Pond as well as a number of small hamlets.

Goring Heath is located on the southern edge of the Chiltern Hills near to the river Thames.
The village/parish is about 5 miles north west of Reading and 18 miles south of Oxford. It is often confused with Goring-On-Thames; which is nearby but separate.

Goring Heath is a civil parish with an elected parish council. It falls within the areas of South Oxfordshire District Council and Oxfordshire County Council. All three councils are responsible for different aspects of local government.
