Gored gored

Gored gored is a raw beef dish eaten in Eritrea and Ethiopia. Whereas kitfo is ground beef marinated in spices and clarified butter, gored gored is cubed and left unmarinated. Like kitfo, it is widely popular and considered a national dish.
