Gordon R. Parker

Gordon R. Parker is a former Chairman of Newmont Mining Corporation (gold properties production, exploration and acquisition company). Other directorships: Caterpillar Inc.; Gold Fields Limited and Phelps Dodge Corporation. Mr. Parker has been a director of Caterpillar since 1995.
