Gordon Juckes

Gordon Juckes (b. June 20, 1914 in Watrous, Saskatchewan, d. October 5, 1994) was a minor league hockey player and long time hockey executive. He was a guiding force between the development of high level youth hockey and was introducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1979.
Today, each year the Gordon Juckes Award is given by Hockey Canada to a person who has made exceptional contributions to the development of amateur hockey.
