Gord Sinclair is a Canadian bass guitarist for the rock band The Tragically Hip. Sinclair also sings backing vocals. Sinclair was inducted to the Canadian Music Hall of Fame as a member of the Tragically Hip in April 2005 at the Juno Awards in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He is the son of Duncan Sinclair, who headed the commission charged with restructuring Ontario's health care system in the late 1990s.
