Goran Popov (born October 2, 1984 in Strumica, SFR Yugoslavia) is a defender from the present-day Republic of Macedonia, currently playing for Dutch football club SC Heerenveen.
There have been some rumors during January 2008 that Popov will sign for Russian Premier League side FC Amkar Perm, at the end of the Greek Super League season but he joined Dutch side SC Heerenveen on 12 June 2008 instead.
