Goran Gavrančić (Serbian Cyrillic: Горан Гавранчић; born August 2, 1978 in Belgrade, Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia), is a Serbian footballer. He is currently playing for PAOK Thessaloniki FC in the Greek Super League.
His career began at FK Čukarički Stankom, having played for Red Star Belgrade as a youth. His performances at Čukarički caught the eye of Dynamo Kyiv manager Valeri Lobanovsky and the Ukrainian club purchased him in 2002.
Gavrančić is part of the Serbia and Montenegro national team's "Famous Four" defence, which conceded just one goal during qualifying for the 2006 World Cup, which was their first World Cup appearance under that name (the same country had been in the second round of the 1998 World Cup, then known as FR Yugoslavia). The other members of the famous four are Ivica Dragutinović of Sevilla, Manchester United's Nemanja Vidić, and Mladen Krstajić of Schalke 04.
On January 30 2008 he signed a six month loan deal with PAOK Thessaloniki FC.
