Gong Ruina (Simplified Chinese: 龚睿那¹, pinyin: Gōng Ruìnà², born January 23, 1981 in Anhua (安化), Hunan province) is a female badminton player from the People's Republic of China.

Gong played badminton at the 2004 Summer Olympics for China. In women's singles, she defeated Li Li of Singapore and Salakjit Ponsana of Thailand in the first two rounds. In the quarterfinals, Gong beat Cheng Shao-Chieh of Chinese Taipei 11-3, 11-3 to advance to the semifinals. There, she was defeated by Mia Audina of the Netherlands 11-4, 11-2. Gong lost to countrywoman Zhou Mi 11-2, 8-11, 11-6 in the consolation final to finish fourth place.
