Gonatodes is a genus of diurnally active Dwarf Geckos of the Gekkonidae family.

Species of Gonatodes are found in Central America, a few Caribbean Islands and the northern part of South America, including Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Guyana, French Guiana, Suriname, parts of Brazil, Venezuela and the islands of Trinidad and Tobago.
