Gonaguas

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Gonaguas are a South African ethnic group, descendants of a very old union between the Hottentots and the “Kaffirs”. This union predates the arrival of Europeans in South Africa. The Gonaguas have been regarded as outcasts by the Bantu people. They were targets during the Xhosa Wars, but received protection from the British.
