I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. • I want to personally welcome you to wikipedia, and I'm sorry I got off to a bad start. The reason I nominated The Bench for deletion was because I felt that there was not enough treatment of this group in WP:RS to warrant treatment in an encyclopedia article, which is required by our verifiability policy. Perhaps your new additions show that the group is indeed notable, as the concept is called, and in that case it will be kept. In any case, I encourage you to continue contributing to Wikipedia! nadav 09:08, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
  • Thankyou, i look forward to a promising and fun Wiki experience.

[edit] Duplicate images uploaded

Thanks for uploading Image:BigC VT.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:IMG 0560.JPG. The copy called Image:IMG 0560.JPG has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and remember exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot 06:47, 1 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Big C

Hi there. I noticed that, when you put together your article on Cal's Big C, you uploaded an image that overwrote the image file for UCR's Big C. I have reverted the image because it is linked directly into UCR's main article, and having Cal scenery in the UCR article just doesn't look professional. Please upload the picture of Cal's Big C again, but name it something other than Image:BigC.jpg (Image:CalBigC.jpg would work). Thanks. --Dynaflow 14:42, 1 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:The Prank.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:The Prank.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:56, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
