[edit] Who is Gabriel Arellano?

This article claims that a "Gabriel Arellano" put this diamond in his sceptre, but there's no Wikipedia entry on a Gabriel Arellano, and I've never heard of him.

[edit] "His Majesty" and other stylish catastrophies
