[edit] New team?
I thought so, and I still think we should refer to them as a new club, but.. http://www.titans.com.au//forum/showthread.php?t=1664
I'll take that onboard if for some reason the NRL does, we may have to wait until 2007 to find out. What are your views, Mr. Lockdown? --Paul 13:40, 12 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Tonie Carroll
When was it announced Tonie Carroll was signed to the Titans? If this is true, it has not been annouced on the official Titans website and therefore I have removed his name from the list.
[edit] Related pages
I notice a lot of related pages have been created, regarding this club - for example Gold Coast Titans History. I'm sure that the history of a club which hasn't started its first season would be more suitable as a section of the main article. See the other links on the following template for other merge possibilities:
Any articles which remain will also need to be moved to correct names (capitalisation, etc). -- Chuq 05:05, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
It's a similar scheme as used with some other clubs, Easts, Canterbury and Brisbane etc. (these pages were tagged by a AFL supporter I see, which is enlightening) No reasoning or discussion has taken place, so I might untag them. The season page though, a reasonable idea, but how keenly updated it will be may indicate its value.
[edit] Player List
The player positions and numbers definately need to be reviewed. Im not sure about the teams exact numbers, but if anyone does they should change it. 144.134.37.117 09:43, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Jersey logo.jpg
Image:Jersey logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 07:19, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
