Goi station (五井駅 Goi-eki?) is a train station on the Uchibō and Kominato lines, operated by the East Japan Railway Company and Kominato Railway. It is located in Ichihara, Chiba.

The station has a different address for each company. The address for JR East is 2-1-11 Goi-Chūō-Nishi, Ichihara, Chiba, and the address for the Kominato Railway is 1-1-2 Goi-Chūō-Higashi, Ichihara, Chiba. The station has 4 tracks with two island platforms, one for the Uchibō line and another for the Kominato line.

- Mar 1, 1912 - opened as a station on the Bōsō Railway (present day Sotobō Line)
- Mar 28, 1912 - Kisarazu line is opened.
- May 24, 1919 - Kisarazu Line renamed Hōjō line.
- Mar 7, 1925 - Kominato Railway opened.
- Apr 15, 1929 - Hōjō line renamed Bōsō line.
- Apr 1, 1933 - Bōsō line from Soga to Awa-Kamogawa is renamed Bōsō West Line.
- Jul 15, 1972 - Bōsō West Line renamed Uchibō Line.
- Apr 1, 1987 - acquired by East Japan Railway Company following the division and privatization of JNR.
