[edit] About RSN Pic. in Chinese Wiki_p

I am a wiki editor in ZH_wiki_p, i translate the RSN to Chinese and need to upload the pic to ZH_wiki. However, Because some pictures in RSN is copyright, the same pictures in Chinese is facing to be del. Would u mind to help me make sure that "fair use for Republic of Singapore " could availability or not in other languages like ZH_wiki. I am Waiting for u answer!
