[edit] Fair use rationale
- Purpose and character of the use: To illustrate the article Joseph Goebbels.
- Nature of the copyrighted work: Photo of an official German document once belonging to Joseph Goebbels. Photo previously published in Vinogradov, V. K. et al.: Hitler's Death: Russia's Last Great Secret from the Files of the KGB, Chaucer Press, 2005; ISBN 1-904-44913-1. That book is a translation of the Russian original, published by Zvonnitsa Publishing House in 2000. I assume the photo was published in the Russian edition. The ultimate source of the photo is the KGB archives.
