[edit] License tagging for Image:Kurenaisharingan.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Kurenaisharingan.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] My concern about your username
Hello, GOD ACRONYM, and welcome to Wikipedia.
I hope not to seem unfriendly or make you feel unwelcome, but I noticed your username, and am concerned that it might not meet Wikipedia's username policy. After you look over that policy, could we discuss that concern here?
I'd appreciate learning your own views, for instance your reasons for wanting this particular name, and what alternative username you might accept that avoids raising this concern.
You have several options freely available to you:
- If you can relieve my concern through discussing it here, I can stop worrying about it.
- If the two of us can't agree here, we can ask for help through Wikipedia's dispute resolution process, such as asking for a "third opinion", or requesting comments from other Wikipedians. Wikipedia administrators usually abide by agreements reached through this process.
- You can keep your contributions history under a new username. Visit Wikipedia:Changing username and follow the guidelines there.
Let me reassure you that my writing here means I don't think your username is grossly, blatantly, or obviously inappropriate; such names get reported straight to Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism or blocked on sight. This is more a case where opinions might differ, and it would be good to reach some consensus — either here or at Wikipedia:Requests for comment/User names. So I look forward to a friendly discussion, and to enjoying your continued participation on Wikipedia. Thank you again! // DecaimientoPoético 18:32, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
I chose "GOD ACRONYM" because it's my previous AIM screen name, because I thought it sounded fun, and when people sometimes asked me about it, I replied that although it is never revealed in the Bible, Acronym is God's last name. I would be okay with changing my username to "The Blotch" if "GOD ACRONYM" isn't appropriate. "The Blotch" is my title in the religion I invented, Ryanism, taken from the begining of an episode of Invader Zim.
- Yeah, changing your name might be best. The only reason I'm bringing this up is because your name contains the name of a religious figure, which in some cases goes against WP:U. Personally, I see nothing wrong with having the name of a religious figure in a user name, but some users can find it to be somewhat offensive and can cause a bit of a stir over it. If you want, we could always review your user name at WP:RFCN to see if it's acceptable (I don't see why it wouldn't be), or you could just go straight to the name-changing step and avoid the review altogether. The choice is all yours. I hope to see you around, and happy editing! // DecaimientoPoético 14:41, 22 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Ubuntu_OS_X.png
Your image (Image:Ubuntu_OS_X.png) lists your PayPal account number in your email inbox. I would suggest changing the image to something else. Jac roeBlank 18:22, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
Thanks. It's cool though.

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Firefox3beta5-ubuntu804final.png
Thanks for uploading Image:Firefox3beta5-ubuntu804final.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Firefox3beta5-ubuntu804final.png)
Thanks for uploading Image:Firefox3beta5-ubuntu804final.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 09:48, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
