Godzieszów [gɔˈd͡ʑeʂuv] (German: Günthersdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowogrodziec, within Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 10 km (6 mi) west of Nowogrodziec, 24 km (15 mi) west of Bolesławiec, and 126 km (78 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The village has a population of 640.
