God of light

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

God of Light is one of the titles of LĂșcifer in the body of Italian witchcraft known as Stregheria. Lucifer is the God of the Light as his name luci ferre means "light bearer." He is the morning star, and was called a fallen angel because of a purported mistranslation of the Semitic word "helel." The belief is that Helel, literally "the brightest star," was actually a Babylonian King who became a rebel. The God of Light is LĂșcifer, Sun God, also Dianus.
