[edit] Plot

Aaron Harrison (Lee Van Cleef) is a priest preaching in the small town of Talpaca, referred to by the citizens as "Outer Heaven". One day the leader of the nefarious NEDM gang, Ben Haenni (Jack Palance), comes to town and cause trouble. Torn between being peaceful and protecting those he loves, Aaron at first sits back and watches while Ben and his gang trash the town. But finally with the motivation from his friend Francis Atobe, and the death of his beloved dog Xander, Aaron finally picks up the gun he swore to never touch, and begins fighting back against NEDM. After taking down the rest of the gang, Aaron and Ben settle things in quick draw. It's a tie, and as both their bodies lay bleeding and dying, the town wonders how this could have happened in the first place.

Gods Gun was John W Hankinson's debut film, where he successfully appeared several times as a baddy. John was dubbed the new Lee Van Cleef but after several rumours that he was gay his career fell into a severe slump.
