Elections for the Indian state of Goa are scheduled to be held on 02 June 2007. Counting of votes would being on 05 June and the election process is expected to be completed by 08 June.[1]
75 candidates are seeking mandate from 40 Assembly Constituencies. A total of 10,10,577 electors would exercise their franchise from 1071 polling stations.[2]
