Go Haesa (r. 170-121) (고해사) was the third Dangun of Bukbuyeo, an ancient Korean kingdom that was located in Manchuria.

Go Haesa Dangun was the first son of Bukbuyeo's second Dangun, Mosuri of Buyeo. Go Haesa was the Crown Prince of Bukbuyeo during the reign of his father. Go Haesa was also the father of Go Uru of Buyeo, and King Hae Buru, the founder of Dongbuyeo.

Go Haesa Dangun died in 121 BCE, and his first son, Crown Prince Go Uru became Bukbuyeo's fourth Dangun, Go Uru of Buyeo.
