The Go For Wand Handicap is an American Thoroughbred horse race established in 1954 for fillies and mares age three and up. Inaugurated at Belmont Park as the Maskette Stakes in honor of the Hall of Fame filly, Maskette, it was renamed in 1992 for its ill-fated 1990 winner and Hall of Fame inductee, Go For Wand.

Beginning in 1994, the Go For Wand began to be raced at Saratoga Race Course at a distance of one and one-eighth miles on the dirt track. It is a Grade I race with a purse of $250,000.
The Go For Wand will be in its 55th running in 2008.
