Look at rfa the biggest issue I see is the behaviour of editors the lack of civility in comments. The process needs to be become more inline with whats acceptable standards when compared to WP:BLP. What this means is that editors need to support their comments with difs. Crats should be more active in the rfa process, they should be encourage to issue warning over civility with rfa.
