Where an AfD discussion is closed as "No Consensus" theres no onus put on editors to improve the article and generally what happens is that the AfD discussion takes place then everybody moves on to something else the article then sits dormant for months with various clean up tags until someone brings it back to AfD and a new discussion results. What I'm proposing is that discussions with no consensus have time limit to address the concerns raised or the article can be tag for speedy deletion. The closing admins places a box on the article talk page that says something like:
- This article was nominated for deletion with the result of "No Consensus", 30 days after this date this article may be deleted unless the issues raised in the AfD are addressed
