Gmina Zduny is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łowicz County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Zduny, which lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Łowicz and 47 km (29 mi) north-east of the regional capital Łódź.
The gmina covers an area of 128.53 square kilometres (49.6 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,098.
